		<description>This is great advice, and is similar to what we&#039;ve been doing in our tiny town of Mercersburg, PA.  I think the trap is when you start to only think about what the next big thing might be, instead of nurturing the scene you&#039;re working to create and having fun with it!  Some of us even started an arts council in our town to promote more of an arts scene and bring the art and music fans out of the woodwork.  It&#039;s been quite a success so far, mostly because we don&#039;t just sit around and complain about how there&#039;s no scene...thanks again!</description>
